What should be noted when processing hardware parts?

1.Before the machinery starts working, check whether the moving parts have been lubricated with oil. Then start it and check if the clutch and brake are functioning properly. Let the machine tool run idle for 1 to 3 minutes. Do not operate the machinery if it malfunctions.

2. When working, maintain the correct posture and have sufficient energy to handle the job. If you feel unwell, leave your post immediately and report it to your supervisor. When operating, one must be fully concentrated. Chatting is strictly prohibited. Cooperate with each other. Operators must not operate when they are agitated or tired to avoid accidents and ensure operational safety. All employees should check whether their uniforms meet the job requirements before entering their posts. Slippers, high heels and clothing that may affect safety are not allowed. Those with long hair should wear safety helmets.

3. When changing the die, first turn off the power. Only after the moving part of the press stops running can the installation and debugging of the die begin. After the installation and adjustment are completed, manually move the flywheel for two test punches to check if the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, if the screws are firm, and if the blank holder is in a reasonable position.

4. The power must be turned on and the machinery started only after all other personnel have left the mechanical working area and removed any debris from the workbench.

5. When the machinery is in operation, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands into the working area of the slider. It is also forbidden to take or place workpieces by hand. When taking and placing workpieces in the die, tools that meet the standards must be used. If any abnormal sounds or malfunctions are detected from the machinery, the power switch should be turned off immediately for inspection. After the machinery is started, one person is responsible for transporting materials and operating the machinery. No one else is allowed to press the power button or step on the foot switch. It is even more forbidden to put hands into the working area of the machinery or touch the moving parts of the machinery with hands.

6. When leaving work, turn off the power supply and tidy up the finished products, scraps and sundries on the post to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
